By booking an appointment with Trisha or Nira at London Institute of Aesthetics you understand and comply with all terms & conditions mentioned below

When booking a service at London Institute of Aesthetics, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from booking or using any of our services.

At London Institute of Aesthetics we understand unforeseen circumstances can occur, meaning missed appointments, lateness or last minutes can arise. However cancellations within 24 hours cannot always be filled resulting in the loss of business

BOOKING FEE

All appointments require a 50% deposit. This will secure your appointment & will be deducted from your treatment price.
To get your deposit refunded, we require 24hrs notice for cancellations and rescheduling.

APPOINTMENTS MISSED

If you miss your appointment you will be charged the FULL appointment price.

LATENESS

Please inform us as soon as possible, if you think you will be late for an appointment. Please be aware that dependent on how late you are for your appointment you may not receive your full treatment as we aim to be on time for all our clients.

The treatment will still be charged in full.

If you are overly late for your appointment then  it will be considered a missed appointment and the above policy will take place and appointment will be charged In full.

RESCHEDULING WITHIN 24 HOURS OF APPOINTMENT

Rescheduling less than the required 24hr timeframe will forfeit your deposit.


GENERAL INFORMATION

No other guests are permitted to attend your appointment, this includes children.

Outstanding balances can be paid via Cash, Bank transfer or Card.
