I am the owner and co-founder of LIA and have created a space where students not only learn the best skills but also feel supported and inspired throughout their journey. I’m proud that LIA has become a place where aspiring Beauty and Aesthetic professionals can gain the confidence and knowledge they need to truly thrive. I’m always there to offer guidance and share my real-world experience. My mission is simple: I want every student to feel ready to step into the industry with confidence.

Over the years, I’ve taught under various awarding organisations, which has given me a strong understanding of the standards and expectations that shape our industry. This insight helps me support students in a way that goes beyond technical skills—preparing them to meet, and exceed, the benchmarks for professional success.

Working directly with clients—especially when it comes to advanced aesthetic procedures and skincare—has played a huge role in shaping how I teach. Every treatment and client interaction helps me stay connected to the latest trends and techniques. That hands-on experience is something I bring into every classroom, helping students build real confidence and practical excellence

Trisha Causon

As the owner of a leading aesthetic and Beauty training school, I am passionate about shaping the next generation of Beauty professionals. With a Level 7 qualification as an Advanced Aesthetic Practitioner and the honour of serving as a CIDESCO International Examiner, I bring a wealth of expertise to every aspect of my work—from education and hands-on training to global examinations in Beauty, spa, makeup, and advanced aesthetics.

My commitment lies in helping students achieve excellence. I am known for creating a supportive, inspiring learning environment that empowers each individual to reach their full potential. As an examiner, I pride myself on being fair, consistent, and focused on maintaining the high standards that the industry demands.

Driven by integrity, professionalism, and a deep love for the craft, I continue to uphold and elevate the standards of Beauty and aesthetics education worldwide

Holly Bennett

Hi, I’m Holly, the Operations Manager at the London Institute of Aesthetics. I look after the day-to-day running of the school—everything from managing bookings and class schedules to supporting our educators and students. My goal is to make sure everything runs smoothly so our team can focus on delivering the best training experience possible.

Alongside my role at LIA, I also run my own business, VirtuHolly, where I support professionals in the beauty and wellness industries with virtual assistant services. That experience really shapes how I work—calm, super organised, and always focused on finding solutions. I love bringing structure to busy environments and helping people feel supported and confident in what they do.

At LIA, I’m proud to be part of such a passionate and professional team. We genuinely care about our students and their success, and I love being part of their journey. Whether it’s helping someone with their enrolment or making sure everything’s ready for training day, I’m always here to help things run like clockwork.
